Perishable Items
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.
Eligibility for Returns
Fresh Mangoes (Perishable Products):
Eligible only if damaged, rotten, or wrong items are delivered.
Non-Perishable Items (if applicable):
Must be unused, unopened, and returned within 2 days of delivery.
Return Process
Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery for any issues.
Please provide:
Order details
Clear photos and/or videos of the product
Once verified, we will:
Arrange a replacement, or
Provide further return instructions
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after verification and approval of the issue.
Approved refunds will be completed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Partial refunds may be issued if the issue is minor or limited to part of the order.
