Our Process
Every Step Matters.
Here's what we do differently.
Step 1
Farm Selection & Orchard Verification
We don't buy from wholesale markets. Every orchard is personally visited, evaluated for soil quality, tree age, and farming practices. Only farms meeting our standards make the cut.
Direct Sourcing
No Middlemen
Verified Orchards
Step 2
Protection During Growth
Mangoes are individually bagged during the growth phase to protect from pests, weather damage, and blemishes. The result: a pristine fruit that needs zero post-harvst cosmetic treatment.

Blemish Free
Step 3-4
Cut, Not Plucked — Then Washed Clean
Every mango is carefully cut with a 2cm+ stalk retained — not forcefully plucked. Plucking causes sap burn and uneven ripening. After cutting, mangoes are washed in clean water to remove sap and surface residue.

Zero Sap Burn
Water Washed
Step 5
Natural Ripening - Zero Chemicals
No calcium carbide. No ethylene chambers. No shortcuts. Mangoes ripen at their own pace in ventilated conditions. This takes 3–6 days longer — but produces authentic sweetness, full aromatic development, and real texture.

No Chemicals
Full Aroma
Step 6-7
Hand Grading — A-Grade Only
Every piece is hand graded for size uniformity, colour consistency, and blemish-free skin. We grade by hand — not machine — because a machine can't assess ripeness signals, texture, and subtle quality markers the way an experienced grader can.
