Yes, always. We never use calcium carbide or any forced-ripening chemicals. Our mangoes ripen in naturally ventilated conditions at the right temperature. This takes longer but results in authentic sweetness, full aroma, and proper texture.
We source premium and select grade mangoes — typically A-grade or above. All mangoes are hand graded for size uniformity, colour, and blemish-free skin before packing. We do not sell B or C grade fruit.
Our Alphonso mangoes are sourced from Ratnagiri and Devgad, both GI designated regions. We source from verified orchards within these regions. GI certificates are available on request for bulk/corporate orders.
We deliver to most major cities and pincodes across India. Use the pincode checker on our homepage or product pages to confirm serviceability before ordering. Remote pincodes may have extended delivery timelines.
Most orders are delivered within 2–4 working days. Metro cities typically see 1–2 day delivery. We dispatch within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. A tracking link is shared on WhatsApp and email once dispatched.
Mangoes are individually cushioned in foam or thermocol nests inside our branded box. The box is sealed and designed to prevent movement and absorb transit impact. We use temperature-appropriate dispatch windows.
Mangoes dispatched semi-ripe will reach peak eating quality within 2–5 days of arrival. Once fully ripe, consume within 1–2 days or refrigerate to extend by another 2–3 days. Refrigerated mangoes are best served at room temperature after 30 minutes.
No — do not refrigerate unripe mangoes. Keep at room temperature (20–28°C) until ripe. Refrigerating unripe mangoes stops the ripening process and damages the texture. Only refrigerate once they are fully ripe.
If mangoes arrive damaged, excessively bruised, or significantly unripe due to a handling issue on our side, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion. As a perishable item, we cannot accept returns.
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement if they have not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible for perishable items. Contact us immediately at support@harvestbox.in if you need to cancel.
